heya!

this will show you how to play mods for Source Engine or Half-Life 1

SOURCE ENGINE

First download a mod from moddb.com and put the folder in c:\ or d:\steam\steamapps\sourcemods\

its really simple

example:

c:\ or d:\steam\steamapps\sourcemods\Wilson Chronicles DEMO

HALF-LIFE 1

First download a mod from moddb.com and this time you don't put it on sourcemods folder. HL1 mods goes to c:\ or d:\steam\steamapps\<your account>\half-life\
